Wire shelving
Solid CONDUCTIVE shelving, in chrome plated steel, resistant to rust, bumps and scratches.
This system allows an efficient air circulation, a good light penetration and the maximum accessibility.
Easy to assembly on field, it doesn't require any screws, bolts or tools.
Split sleeve assembly device locks shelves in place in 1" increments along height of post.
Levelling bolt compensate for uneven floors.
Every wire shelf system can be made mobil by using conductive castors.

VINYLAB mat optional cover, 2 layers, grey ESD.

Load capacity for single shelf: 200Kg
Load capacity for shelving unit: 1000Kg

Composition
The starter unit, the first one, is composed by two, three or four shelves by choice, and four posts. Every shelf needs four split sleeves to fix to the posts. An add-on unit to be attached to the preceding, needs two posts only. This unit connect to the starter unit by mean of S hooks, two for shelf, easy to fix. In this case two split sleeves for shelf will be enough (for a total of two S hooks and two split sleeves for shelf).

For the safe and tidy storage of SMD-reels, there are different wire shelves that can be combined in any order with any other wire shelves.

Wire carts
Two versions of it: with 2 U-handles or 4 posts.
The shelves are the same used in the shelving unit, easy to assembly with split sleeve devices to avoid any tools, screws and bolts.
